To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our skincare products, we strongly recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Exposure to high temperatures—especially during warmer months or transit—may cause texture changes such as melting, softening, or separation. While this does not necessarily affect the safety or performance of the product, it may alter its appearance or ease of use.

We advise bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery. If a product arrives warm or appears melted, allow it to cool at room temperature or put in the fridge.
